We're Delighted to Open Our New Shores Building Dining Room
October 4, 2018
BRADENTON — Prepare your taste buds for a delectable new dining experience: Westminster Point Pleasant is delighted to open our new dining venue, in the Shores Building.
We recently completed a major renovation with an eye to exciting new options for dining in senior living. This includes a new, 500-degree open-hearth brick oven and an all-new service line with a chilled, garden-fresh salad bar and new induction table technology.
The Shores dining venue will now feature the same delicious dining experiences Westminster Point Pleasant residents expect, and more! It seats up to 108, with gorgeous water views, intimate lighting, natural maple woodworking and a new acoustical ceiling.
For opening day we debuted a new, restaurant-style menu that features cooked-to-order entrees in the brick oven, like fresh thin-crust pizzas, roasted, marinated chicken breasts, fish in lemon-butter sauce, and a classic spinach frittata. Residents can also choose enjoying one of the daily chef's specials, a signature comfort entree station, or the Chef's Creative Action Station.
It's all part of our My W Life program for wellness of body, mind and soul, which includes offering delicious, fresh, seasonal food. Learn more about how Westminster Communities of Florida promotes delightful dining experiences.
Mario DeLuca, Westminster Communities of Florida Director of Resident Experience, lauded the new renovations. "Congratulations to our talented Westminster Point Pleasant Dining Team on the successful opening of our new dining venue on the bay in beautiful Bradenton," DeLuca said.
