Westminster CEO Terry Rogers Appointed To LeadingAge Florida Board Of Directors

Westminster Communities of Florida is delighted to announce the appointment of Chief Executive Officer Terry Rogers to the Board of Directors of LeadingAge Florida, the state’s leading advocacy association for not-for-profit senior living communities. The announcement was made at LeadingAge Florida’s annual conference at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
LeadingAge Florida advocates on behalf of its more than 500 members, including Life Plan Communities, Assisted Living and Nursing Care providers, low-income affordable housing retirement communities, and more. Rogers is a strong advocate for the interests and welfare of older adults in Florida and will lend his voice to LeadingAge Florida’s continued efforts.
“I am honored to serve as member of the LeadingAge Florida Board,” said Rogers. “The work of the association is absolutely vital to the wellbeing of older adults throughout our state. At this time of great challenge for all senior living communities, I am happy to work with the LeadingAge Florida staff and my peers on behalf of all of the members.”
Rogers has been CEO of Westminster Communities of Florida since 2020. A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham with a degree in Financial Management, Rogers is a noted leader in the field of senior living and a regular presenter at regional and national conferences.
